MISSION

To enable quality business retention, expansion and recruitment in Fort Scott and Bourbon County by coordination of the community assets as well as local, state, and federal grants and incentives.

Our goal is to facilitate business retention and the growth of employment. We accomplish this by working with current employers as well as the recruitment of businesses that improve the quality of life for the citizens of our community.
