Are you a Veteran, or someone married to one, who is interested in starting a small business but don't know where to start? This workshop will provide with: A feasibility study that you can apply to your business idea/concept, how to evaluate the feasibility of your business idea, the essentials of a sound business plan, information on the resources available to Veterans and their spouses to help them act on their dream of starting and growing their business.

One of the most important decisions a business owner must make is choosing the legal structure of their enterprise. This workshop will help you understand the differences between a sole proprietorship, a partnership, or corporation, as well as cover the advantages, disadvantages, and the tax implications of each type.
