If you have never attended a BBQ contest\, see a little of what you can expect at www.amazingribs.com\n\n\n\nTentative Schedule of Events:\n\n- Friday Night - Steak Cook-Off for kids & adults\, sponsored by E3\, Free music from the 1980's until now with "80 & Out".\n\n- Saturday:\n\n11:55am - Judging of chicken\n\n12:25pm- Judging of pork ribs\n\n12:55pm - Judging of pork\n\n1:25pm - Judging of brisket\n\nAll judging will take place at Empress Event Center\, 7 N. Main\n\n2pm - Awards Ceremony\n\nAwards Ceremony will be held at the Boiler Room Brewhaus\, 2 S. National\n\nLive band with more free music on Skubitz Plaza on Saturday night!\n\n\n\nSleep Inn & Suites is the official hotel of Pork on the Plaza
