Leslie will discuss different symptoms people experience that are often derived from poor sleep quality and some possible solutions based on research and studies. Leslie will draw on her more than 20 years of experience working in a pulmonary function lab and an acute hospital setting where she sees patients in all stages of illness. Better Sleep = Better Health " is part of Fort Scott Presbyterian Village's Just Ask series\, a free\, ongoing\, life-long learning program featuring information from local and regional experts on topics of interest to older adults and their families.
