DESCRIPTION:Fort Scott Area Chamber of Commerce announces\n\nChamber Blue\n\nHealth Insurance Offering\n\n________________________\n\nWe are excited to announce we are\n\njoining forces with CCEKS (Chamber of Commerce Executives of Kansas)\, \n\nBlue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas\, and \n\n37 other Chambers across the state to offer an association health plan to our members.\n\n__________________________\n\nJoin us for an informational session about the plan on\n\nThursday\, July 7th at the\n\nSleep Inn & Suites Conference Room:\n\n12pm\n\nClick to the right to Register to attend the session ~ All are welcome to come learn more.\n\n________________________\n\nAn interest survey will be available during the month of August for the plan. Those wanting to possibly take the insurance must complete the interest survey by August 31st. The rates will then come out in September and you can choose whether or not to actually take out the plan at that time.\n\nInsurance cards will be issued in December and the insurance will be effective January 1\, 2023.
