DESCRIPTION:FRIDAY NIGHT CONCERT\n\n \n\nThe program for this week's Friday Night Concert in the Park will be presented by\n\nthe Apostolic Christian Church. The music will feature a concert of hymns and gospel\n\nsongs in a variety of stylings. Concert series organizer Ralph Carlson said\, "The vocalists\n\nrepresent all ages and excel in their close harmony and exuberant presentation. This\n\nlocal church group is a crowd favorite and we are pleased to welcome them to the park\n\npavilion."\n\n \n\nThe concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Heritage Park Pavilion at First and Main\n\nstreets. The shows\, sponsored by the Fort Scott Area Chamber of Commerce\, are\n\nfree and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs as seating\n\nis limited.\n\n \n\nIn the event of inclement weather\, the show will be moved to the Common Ground\n\nCoffee Shop\, 12 E. Wall Street.
