DESCRIPTION:Friday Night Concert in the Park\n\nSponsored by the Fort Scott Area Chamber of Commerce\n\nOn Friday evening\, June 8th\, the Hemphill Family Band will perform at the Heritage Park Pavilion at First and Main Street. This is part of the Friday night concert in the park series. The performance will begin at 7:00 PM.\n \n\nPerforming in the band will be Jack and Sandy Hemphill\, Brad Hemphill\, Kristen Hemphill Weeks\, and Gary and Suzanne Thompson. They will be playing old country pieces as well as some gospel and old time rock 'n roll.\n \n\nThe concert is free to the public. Because of limited seating\, you are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.\n\n\n\n___________\n\n\n\nThe concerts are held weekly from 7-8pm at the Heritage Park Pavilion on the corner of 1st & Main\, Downtown Fort Scott.\n\nThe concerts are organized by Ralph Carlson.
