He is a graduate of Humboldt High School\, Allen County Community College and Kansas State University\, where he re- ceived his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He and his wife Angie (Fewins)\, a Chanute native\, returned to Chanute in 1999 as Dustin began work with Chanute Manufacturing as project manager. Dustin and Angie have four sons\, John\, 16\, Nathan\, 15\, David\, 12\, and Daniel\, 10. In addition to owning and operating a family ranching business\, Dustin enjoys hunting\, golfing and trap- ping. He and his family attend Living Word Assembly church. Dustin is also the Chanute Chamber of Commerce president.
