All receipts must be dated during the contest timeframe. (12/1 - 12/15)\n\n\n\nAll receipts must come from shops Winnie has visited.\n\n\n\nAll qualifying receipts must be posted before December 18th\n\n\n\nEach receipt is one entry into the drawing.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAnyone who is unable to upload their receipt photos to Facebook \n\n\n\nmay bring their receipts by the Chamber\, 231 E.
