Free Physicals for FSHS Students by Girard Medical Center

Girard Medical Center of Fort Scott is offering Tiger Students FREE physicals this summer

at the GMC clinic in Fort Scott, 1624 S. National Avenue!

Dates and times are listed below.

Tiger students must have a completed physical and concussion form on file

in the FSHS office to be able to practice on August 18th.

Parents and students will need to complete the questions and submit all signatures

on the KSHSAA physical and concussion forms

BEFORE the day of the physical.

Dates and times are as follows:

Monday, June 16th: 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.

Tuesday, July 1st: 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Tuesday, July 8th, 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
