This is a presentation of an On-Farm Field Trial the Bourbon Co Conservation District did with the help of NRCS and local landowners. The control of Johnson Grass and Broom sedge (Poverty Grass), is imperative to be able to have quality forage for cattle, horses, & other livestock. Rich Pollock, Doug Eden, Brady Simpson, & Jerry Valentine will give their thoughts on how the Grass Works Weed Wiper worked on their pastures. Also presenting some management practices will be the NRCS Rangeland Conservationist, Ethan Walker. Please spread the word to stop the spread of Johnson Grass & Broom sedge in Bourbon County & attend our presentation. Light refreshments will be provided.
