SparkWheel Announces 10th Annual Golf Tournament to Support Students
SparkWheel is excited to announce its 10th Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser will be May 3,
2025, at Woodland Hills Golf Course in Fort Scott, Kansas. This milestone event will bring together golf
enthusiasts, community members, and supporters for a day of fun, competition, and fundraising—all in support of SparkWheel’s mission to remove barriers and provide students with the tools they need to thrive.
The tournament is an 18-hole, four-person scramble, welcoming golfers of all skill levels on a course that’s been recognized as one of the top 10 public courses in the state by Best Things Kansas. Participants will compete for prizes awarded to top team finishers, as well as special awards for both serious and lighthearted accomplishments on the course. Beyond the competition, the day promises a fantastic opportunity to network, enjoy a beautiful course, and make a lasting impact on students in our communities.
“Sponsorships and player participation directly support programs that have a proven track record of improving students’ lives,” said Janelle Martin, Associate Vice President of Development for SparkWheel. “This tournament is a great way for businesses and individuals to give back while enjoying a day on the course.”
A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available, starting at $150 and ranging up to $10,000, ensuring a level that fits any supporter’s needs. These sponsorships help fund programs that assist students with
academic success, social-emotional support, and essential resources.
Registration is now open for both teams and sponsors. To learn more about the tournament, sponsorship
opportunities, or to register, visit www.sparkwheel.org/golftournament.
