No reservation required, just arrive at the Chamber 5-10 minutes before the time you want to take the tour.
Although, if you are coming from out of town for the tour, it is always a good idea to call the Chamber ahead and make sure the tours are running that day and make a reservation, to ensure that the trolley isn't being used for another special event or purpose.
