Dance Fitness Class hosted by Mercy Health
An upbeat high energy dance fitness class designed especially for individuals that want to have fun, enjoy dancing & stay fit. This class is geared for all ages and levels of fitness. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!! Just join the party! Great music with some fun exercise moves. This is a great way to stay in shape. Class includes: fun dance steps to some great hip hop music.
