COTB 2025 Volunteers

The Annual Christmas on the Bricks Festival, December 4th-7th in Fort Scott's Downtown Historic District, has various needs for volunteers to make the event successful. If you and/or a group you are involved with is interested, please submit your information here to let us know your interest and availability.

Volunteer Activities Needed *

Pre-event Setup of Signage, Mon 11/24 and Tues 11/25 Christmas Parade Line-up - Thurs 12/4 4:45-6pm Event Info Booth at Wall & Main St. (Thurs & Fri evening & Sat day/evening) Carriage Ride Check-in (Fri or Sat evening) SINGO Music BINGO Check-in (Sat evening) Character Costumes walking festival, greeting visitors & taking photo ops with them (Fri evening & Sat day/evening) Free Gift Wrapping at Empress Event Center (Fri evening & Sat day/evening) Monitor Hay Climb Slides at Gathering Square Pavilion (Fri evening & Sat day/evening & Sun afternoon) Friday Night Concert Check-in & Usher at Liberty Theatre - 6:30-8:15pm Concert Setup at Liberty Theatre - Friday 4-5:30pm Concert Teardown at Liberty Theatre - Friday 9:45-10:45pm Take Misc Photos/Videos of Festival Throughout the Weekend Open to volunteering for ANYTHING needed

Mark any or all activities you are interested in volunteering, we will usually assign shifts of 2 to 4 hours depending on your availability:
