Murph Challenge at Smallville Crossfit
1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air-squats, a second 1 mile run
The Murph Challenge is in honor of Lt. Micheal Murphy who's story was told in the movie The Lone Survivor - this workout was his favorite workout that he did regularly and Crossfit named the workout after him following his passing: https://themurphchallenge.com/
This is a national event that takes in all Crossfit gyms in the world, all on Memorial Day.
The public is invited to watch the heats and is encouarged to attend.
The heats are tentatively scheduled for 7am, 8am, and 9am, but schedule is subject to change.
