USD 234 Strategic Planning Community Stakeholder Meeting

Fort Scott USD 234 invites parents, guardians, and community members to participate in a Strategic Planning Community Stakeholder Meeting on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Fort Scott High School Commons Area.

The district is seeking community input to help shape its vision and priorities for the future. This meeting provides an opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, and offer feedback on the strengths, challenges, and opportunities facing USD 234.

Topics of interest include student achievement, school safety, facilities, staffing, financial resources, career readiness, and community engagement.

• Who: Parents, guardians, and community stakeholders throughout USD 234

USD 234 is also encouraging the public to complete a brief Strategic Planning Survey. The 12-question survey provides an opportunity to share feedback on the district's strengths, areas for improvement, and priorities moving forward.

All community members are encouraged to participate, including those who do not currently have children attending USD 234 schools.
