Salsa Class at 6pm. Hands on class with Kathy McEwan, Family & Consumer Science Extension Agent, Mary Daniels, Family Nutrition Program Assistant, will teach participants the basics of choosing the right salsa recipes for canning and water-bath techniques. Each participant will leave with instructional materials and a jar of salsa!
*Must have attended Food Preservation 101.
Class size is limited to a minimum of 4 and max of 10. $10 fee.
