Nights only 12 Hour shifts

Under the general supervision of the Communication
Supervisor, the Communications Technician receives complaints from public concerning law
enforcement and fire emergencies and broadcasts orders to suitable units to investigate. Ability
to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,
and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to hear and speak effectively and clearly on the telephone and before groups of
customers or employees of organization.
