• Enjoy the Downtown Walking Trail Mile Markers with Fun Facts in the Downtown Historic District.

The Walking Trail was developed by the Chamber's LEAD Bourbon County classes of 2020-21 and 2022-23.  Their Mission was to create a walking train in the Downtown Historic District to create more attraction and added value to Downtown and to promote health and wellness among those living, visiting, or working in the area.

There are 20 Fun Fact Markers along the trail starting at the Fort Scott Scott Area Chamber of Commerce where there is a sign with a large map of the trail.
