Established in 1995, Golden Arrow Corp., owned and operated by Greg Schick.

Golden Arrow Corp. develops and constructs new homes, renovates existing properties, and provides rental housing opportunities throughout the community. Their work helps strengthen neighborhoods, expand local housing options, and support growth in Fort Scott and Bourbon County.

Community members should also be on the lookout for two exciting housing developments coming soon from Golden Arrow Corp.:
• Additional homes planned in the Williamsburg Subdivision on Tiffany Lane, just off Horton Street
• Four new homes planned near 11th & Scott Avenue in an existing neighborhood near Fort Scott High School

Both developments are expected to feature new homes coming in Summer 2026, with multiple floor plans and price points available.
