FitFinity Fitness Class at Buck Run Community Center
HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a type of workout that alternates between short bursts of intense activity and periods of rest. This class is perfect for burning fat quickly and efficiently. Variations of exercises will be provided to make a move easier, or harder depending on your ability. You will choose our own weights when using them, and your own speed when performing movements. We will use equipment such as yoga balls, dumbbells, step platforms, and more.
Class fees: $20 per 10 week session for 20 classes.
