Lu’s Ice Cream is seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join their team as a Part-Time Adult Shift Leader.

Lu’s Ice Cream is focused on more than serving ice cream. Their mission includes creating smiles, providing opportunities, and making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with unique abilities. The Shift Leader will help support this mission while assisting with the daily operation of the ice cream shop.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should:

• Have experience working with individuals with unique abilities
• Have cooking experience or be comfortable learning
• Possess strong money-handling skills
• Be willing and able to learn Lu’s point-of-sale system
• Be reliable and responsible
• Serve as a positive role model
• Be comfortable providing leadership and support in a team environment
