An interest survey will be available during the month of August for the plan. Those wanting to possibly take the insurance must complete the interest survey by August 31st. The rates will then come out in September and you can choose whether or not to actually take out the plan at that time.
Insurance cards will be issued in December and the insurance will be effective January 1, 2023.
