• Unemployment Contact Center Representative

    The popular Unemployment Contact Center Representative class for July is posted as #221212 and #221213 (bilingual English/Spanish). These positions may office in Topeka or choose to be hybrid or remote. (must be a Kansas resident at time of hire)
     
    Pay + increases:

    • Starting Pay:  $16.94 per hour.
    • Increases: Pay raises to $17.39 per hour at 3 months, $17.79 per hour at 9 months, and $18.26 per hour at 18 months.
    • Bilingual, fluent English/Spanish:  $17.79 per hour.
    • Bilingual Increases: Pay raises to $18.26 per hour at 3 months, $18.70 per hour at 9 months and $19.16 per hour at 18 months.
     
    Training:
    • The training begins July 20 and is approximately 3 weeks long; they can do this in Topeka or remote (hybrid training is not available).

    • Math Assessment   You may attempt this one time and the first score will be recorded. Please use a calculator and take your time. It is not timed.
