Diabetic Education Meeting hosted by CHC/SEK in Fort Scott

CHC/SEK of Fort Scott is hosting a Diabetic Education Meeting on Thursday, August 29th at 5pm at 401 Woodland Hills Blvd. (the old Mercy Hospital building). Come in and find out more about the advances of diabetic technology!

Rebecca Clem, RN will discuss CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) as well as insulin pump therapy.

There is no charge to attend, and the meeting is open to anyone interested in learning more about managing diabetes.
