Join us for a 45-minute workout for you whole body. Starting off with a warm-up for your heart, muscles, and joints. Next, a 15 minute minute cardio blast for the heart; followed by a cool down. Then, strength training to make you strong by using weights, bands, or your own weight. To end the class we will stretch and do a little yoga to help with stress, inflammation, and general well-being.
Class fees: $30 per 12 week session for 24 classes.
