Pressure Canning Class at 6pm - Join Kathy McEwan, Family & Consumer Science Extension Agent, Mary Daniels, Family Nutrition Program Assistant, to learn the techniques and best practices for preserving food using a pressure canner. During this hands on class, participants will can vegetables before taking the how-to guide and their canned goods home. *Must have attended Food Preservation 101.
